Kaprece is a youthful Rhode Islander currently residing in Southern Rhode Island. After studying at URI, she turned to a full-time career in Real Estate. Kate Dart is a mother of three and a military spouse of over 10 years. She has lived from the West Coast to the East. From places like Hawaii to the Outer Banks NC. When her family moved to Rhode Island 7 years ago Kate fell in love with the Historic buildings in Newport to the relaxing community beach life that is Narragansett. Kate and her husband decided that this is where they wanted to buy a house, set their roots, and raise their family. Kate prides herself on being honest, loyal, and trustworthy. Brendan has been a full time realtor for the past 2+ years. As a Rhode Island native, Danielle Xia has grown to love her home state and her Narragansett community. Graduating from Bryant University with a B.S. in International Business and a Concentration in Marketing gave her the tools and skills to work various marketing endeavors before she discovered her true passion in real estate. Having experience in property management was a way to get her foot in the door in real estate, and now she’s dedicating her time to serving buyers and sellers!

Emily has been passionate about real estate since her earliest years. Growing up in The Ocean State, known for some of the most exquisite properties on the East Coast, coupled with a self-made father in the field, it was hard not to.
Graduating from CCRI in 2020 with an associates in Business, Emily eagerly acquired her real estate license soon after and began working at the family business. The next two years were a crash course of learning the ins and outs of the trade. Emily has successfully built lasting relationships amongst other related professionals as well as helped clients find forever homes. Emily prides herself on being honest, trustworthy, and determined. Alice began her journey at KEY as an administrative assistant and gradually took on more responsibilities, eventually contributing to the management of KEY's Property Management division. Working closely with agents and being fully engaged in the real estate industry, she has acquired valuable knowledge and developed a genuine interest in the field.
As a Rhode Island native and graduating from URI in 2022 with a degree in Marketing, Alice is excited to immerse herself further in the state she grew up in and help others do the same. Her carefree, ambitious, and proactive personality is what keeps her clients happy and their transactions seamless.
When she is not working with clients, you'll find her teaching dance, coaching URI's Dance Team (The Ramettes), or simply having fun with friends and family. She loves to travel, but hasn't found a beach she loves more than the ones at home.
